Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on items that are shipped directly from our in-house inventory.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@megachibi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Apparel, playmats, and other made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
