Shipping Costs and Calculation

Shipping costs for your Mega Chibi orders are based on the weight and destination of your order. To estimate your shipping expenses, please add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. The total shipping cost will be calculated once you provide your shipping address. Note that combining separate orders into a single shipment is not an option. Promotional codes applied at checkout are calculated before adding the shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Each order, even if placed by the same customer or to the same address, will be shipped individually.

Dispatch Times

Our team strives to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 1-4 business days post-confirmation, excluding the processing period. Delays may occur during holiday seasons, new product launches, sales events, or unusually high volumes of orders. Shipping is conducted via USPS, with delivery times varying based on location. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Washington, Pennsylvania. Please be aware that larger items may require additional shipping time.

Free Shipping Offer 

We offer free shipping for stickers in the United States This applies to street address deliveries within the contiguous U.S. and originates from megachibi.com (some exclusions may apply). The offer is valid for USPS standard shipping and does not include express or rush shipping options. It is also not applicable for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

If we offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, keep in mind that this offer cannot be merged with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes. Adjustments on previous purchases are not available.

Shipping Schedule

Our office hours are as followed: Mon- Fri 7AM-7 PM

Any orders placed in the above timeframe from Monday to 12PM Friday can be expected to be processed that week during normal circumstances. 

Please note that Mega Chibi does not process or ship orders during weekends and holidays. Orders are proudly shipped to our friends at APO, DPO, and FPO addresses. Extended processing times up to two weeks may occur during holidays, product launches, and sales events. Delays due to weather conditions or carrier issues are beyond Mega Chibi's control. Our offices are closed over the weekends; thus, orders placed post-12PM on Fridays (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

International Orders and Restrictions

Unclaimed International Orders: If an order is shipped internationally and returned to us due to failed collection from customs or unsuccessful delivery, we will reship the order once the new shipping costs are covered. Alternatively, if reshipping is not preferred, we will issue a refund for the cost of the order.

International Shipping Restrictions: Some products available on our website may have shipping restrictions due to licensing limitations. If your cart includes a restricted item, you will be notified within 1-3 days post-order placement. The item will not be shipped internationally, and a refund for that specific item will be processed.
