Options Descriptions:

59.99-Just New Background- We'll make a scene for you based on your input using a pre-existing character we sell currently (saves some money if you aren't picky)
89.99- Remake Character and Background- A complete remake of a character and a background based around your preference.
129.99- One of A Kind-Exclusive Package- This is intended for individuals that want a custom product made for their specific needs such as playmats with their personal branding on it for tournaments or including characters not even related to MTG. (Typical package for brands that are going to represent themselves with non- Magic Characters such as fan fic ideas and logo-centric content. This option will make the ensure exclusivity and we will not submit this design to our store. You will receive a high resolution image in addition and may use that art unlimitedly for personal use.
Note that all packages except the "Exclusive Package" may be available in our store for product launches for future purchase. If you commission a piece of art and do not want others to being able to buy it for whatever reason such as wanting a "one of a kind" playmat. If the art is not placed in the store for future purchases and you commissioned the art, we are glad to make additional copies available for you at a regular playmat price.
Once a package has been purchased it can take up to two weeks to create art and from there we will show you the result for review. From there we will make whatever adjustments and send the playmats into production.
